Why I Work By Referrals



Maybe you’ve noticed that many real estate agents take a ‘transactional’ approach to sales—identifying clients, closing the deal, and then moving on to the next one. I intentionally choose NOT to work that way because I believe home buyers and sellers deserve more than that from the realtor they decide to work with. My real estate business is built around establishing strong relationships that are more important than any transaction, commission check, or sales record.

Since my primary source of new business is from referrals of people who know and trust me, I don’t have to spend large amounts of time prospecting and promoting myself. Instead I can dedicate myself,—as someone proven, who comes highly recommended and is fully committed to the activities that benefit the families I work with. This allows me to provide a different approach where I’m able to deliver truly exceptional service EVERY TIME.

At the end of the day, you control my business. I know that I must earn your future referrals, that’s why I aim to exceed expectations with such high service and great results. I have a vested interest in making sure that anyone I work with is completely satisfied at the end of our transaction together. I want anyone I work with to be so “fired-up” that they can’t wait to tell their friends and family about me and the fantastic service they received!
