The neighborhood community of Westbranch Estates is located on the West side of Plymouth off of Dunkirk Lane just south of Old Rockford Road.Westbracnh is an excellent neighborhood with much to offer including great homes for sale, family friendly community, and central location with easy access to numerous amenities. The neighborhood consists of 120 single family homes featuring rambler and traditional housing styles with prices ranging from $400,000 to $700,000.

Plymouth Creek serves 760 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade and is dedicated to providing students with an excellent academic program. Other schools in the area include Kimberly Lane Elementary School, Oakwood Elementary School, Wayzata Central Middle School, Wayzata High School, and Providence Academy.
