The neighborhood community of Zumbra Ridge is located on the northeast side of Victoria off of highway 7 just west of Rolling Acres Road. Zumbra Ridge is situated on the north side of Lake Zubra, offering scenic lake views and beautiful wooded scenery, providing residents with a quiet neighborhood atmosphere. The neighborhood boasts 40 single family homes featuring rambler and traditional housing styles. Homes for sale range from $350,000 to $1,000,000 in price. The closest school to Zumbra Ridge is Minnewashta Elementary School. Minnewashta Elementary School serves 840 students in kindergarten through 5th grade, providing students with a personalized learning experience designed to help them excel. Other schools in the area include Minnetonka Middle School West, Excelsior Elementary School, Minnetonka High School, and Holy Family Catholic High School.
