The neighborhood community of Orchid is located in the middle of Victoria off of Victoria Drive just south of highway 5. Orchid is an older neighborhood community featuring older homes. Orchid is an excellent neighborhood featuring great homes, family friendly community, and central location with easy access to numerous amenities. The neighborhood boasts 110 single family homes featuring ranch, rambler, and split level housing styles. Homes for sale range from $150,000 to $430,000 in price.

Orchid offers excellent location within close proximity to a wide range of amenities within Victoria as well as Chaska. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to several shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, Carver Park Reserve, Victoria Rec Center, Lions Park, Deer Run Golf Club, Downtown Victoria, and Chaska Commons Shopping Center. One of the closest schools to Orchid is Victoria Elementary School. Victoria Elementary serves 660 students in kindergarten through 5th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.5. Other School in the area include Jonathan Elementary School, Clover Ridge Elementary School, Chaska Middle School West, Chaska High School, and Holy Family Catholic High School.
