The neighborhood of Highover is located on the northwest side of Chanhassen off of Lake Lucy Road just east of Hazeltine Boulevard. Bluff Creek Elementary serves over 570 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Other school in the area include Chanhassen Elementary School, Minnetonka Middle School West, Chanhassen High School, St. Hubert’s School, and Chapel Hill Academy.
