Locust Hills is a mid-sized neighborhood located in southeast Wayzata near the intersection of McGinty Road West and Highway 101. Students in Locust Hills attend Birchview Elementary and Wayzata Central Middle School. Birchview Elementary serves around 600 students in grades K-6 and Wayzata Central Middle serves around 1,000 students in grades 6-8. Other Schools in the area include Sunset Hill Elementary School, Wayzata Central Middle School, and Wayzata High School.
