The Hollybrook neighborhood is situated on Hollybrook Drive off of Hollybrook Road in east Wayzata. Hollybrook is a townhome neighborhood featuring great location, a family-friendly community, and approximately 60 townhome units. One school in the area is Wayzata West Middle School. At Wayzata West teachers are dedicated to help each student thrive and succeed in excellent academic programs. Other schools in the area include Gleason Elementary, Birchview Elementary, Wayzata High School, and the Blake School.
