The Holdridge neighborhood is located in east Wayzata near the intersection of Crosby Road and Highway 12. Holdridge is mid-sized neighborhood, consisting of just under 50 single family homes that are a mix of executives and ranches. House prices range between $370,000 to $1,370,000.

Holdridge boasts premium location within the City of Wayzata. Located just south of Highway 12, residents have easy access to downtown Wayzata to the west and Interstate 494 to the east. The closest park to Holdridge is The Big Woods Preserve. The preserve covers 14 acres of wooded land with trails for visitors to venture on. The closest source of entertainment, shopping, and dining can be found a miles to the west in downtown Wayzata. Popular destinations include Chipotle, Starbucks, Ben & Jerry’s, Gianni’s Steakhouse, and Sushi Fix.

Residents of Holdridge are served by Indpendent School District 284, also known as Wayzata Public Schools, which serves a total of around 11,000 students in 8 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, and 1 high school. Students in Holdridge attend Birchview Elementary and Wayzata Central Middle School. Birchview Elementary serves around 600 students in grades K-6 and Wayzata Central Middle serves around 1,000 students in grades 6-8. Other Schools in the area include Sunset Hill Elementary School, Wayzata Central Middle School, and Wayzata High School.
