The Washburn neighborhood is a quality community located in the southwestern corner of Richfield. Washburn is situated east of York Avenue between Highway 494 and 76th Avenue. This neighborhood is an excellent community features over 100 rambler style houses ranging in price from $200,000 to $300,000. One school within close proximity to Washburn is Richfield Middle School. Richfield Middle School serves students in grades 6-9 and offers a variety of special services. Other schools in the area include Centennial Elementary, Sheridan Hills Elementary, Richfield STEM School, and Richfield High School.
