The Walton Pond neighborhood is located on the northshore of Bush Lake to the south of 86th Street. The neighborhood consists of just under 200 single family homes ranging from $300,000 to $600,000 in price. House styles in Bush Lake are primarily a mix of two story ramblers and split levels.

Residents of Walton Pond have easy access to several nearby parks, including Hyland Park to the east and Bush Lake Park to the south. The closest school to the Walton Pond neighborhood is Ridgeview Elementary, which serves around 400 students in grades K-5.
