The average-sized neighborhood community is made up of around 80 single family homes ranging from $350,000 to $550,000 in price. Windmill Creek contains primarily two story rambler and craftsman style homes. Other nearby schools include Waconia High School, Southview Elementary, and Bayview Elementary School.
