The neighborhood community of Oak is located on the east side of Downtown Waconia east of Olive Street and north of highway 7. Southview Elementary School serves 650 students in Kindergarten through 4th grade offering an excellent educational program designed to help students foster a lifelong desire to learn. Other schools in the area include Bayview Elementary School, Waconia Middle, Waconia High School, and St Joseph’s Catholic School.
