The neighborhood community of Vincent is located on the northside of West Bloomington, southwest of the intersection of American Boulevard and Penn Avenue. Vincent is an excellent family friendly community featuring great homes, family friendly community, and central location. The neighborhood consists of 200 single family homes featuring rambler, ranch, and split level housing styles.

The Vincent neighborhood offers easy access to some of the best shopping, dining, and recreational amenities in west Bloomington. Some of the top amenities in the area includes Southtown Shopping Center, Lake Girard Park, Nord Myr Park, and Valley West Shopping Center. Southtown Shopping Center is located just north of Lake Girard featuring several shopping,dining, and grocery amenities. Some of these include Target, Caribou Coffee, Chick-fil-a, Red Robin, and more.

Residents of the Vincent neighborhood are served by Independent School District 271 also known as Bloomington Public Schools. Bloomington Public Schools is one of the top school districts in the Twin Cities earning state and national recognitions. One of the closest schools to Lake Girard is Washburn Elementary School. Washburn Elementary is an excellent school serving 415 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Other schools in the area include Olsen Elementary and Middle School, Thomas Jefferson High School, and Normandale Community College.
