Situated in west Hopkins bordered by Minnetonka Mills Road, 5th Avenue N, and Mainstreet, the Avenues neighborhood has much to offer. The Avenues is a large neighborhood with a family-friendly community and excellent location to amenities in Hopkins. Within the community, there are approximately 600 single-family houses. Homes for sale range in price from $200,000 to $400,000. 

 

The Avenues is situated within close proximity to a variety of amenities, including downtown Hopkins, Burnes Park, Oak Ridge Country Club, Maetzold Park, Interlachen Country Club, and thePlayground in Burnes Park in Hopkins, Minnesota Shoppes at Knollwood. A small portion of downtown Hopkins is within the Avenues neighborhood. Downtown Hopkins primarily runs along Mainstreet and offers some of the top shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including Stages Theater, Mann Hopkins Cinema, Hopkins Library, Munkabeans Cafe, and many other dining and shopping options.

 

Residents of the Avenues are served by Independent School District 270 also known as Hopkins Public Schools. ISD 270 serves 7,200 students in Kindergarten through 12th grades offering anSign of Alice Smith Elementary School in Hopkins, Minnesota exceptional educational experience designed to help students excel. Alice Smith Elementary is one of the closest schools to the Avenues neighborhood. At Alice Smith Elementary, dedicated teachers serve approximately 580 students in grades K-6. Other excellent schools in the area include Eisenhower Elementary, Mainstreet School of the Performing Arts, Hopkins West Junior High School, and Hopkins High School.
