Overview of Southeast Edina

The Southeast quadrant of Edina is bordered between highways 100 and 62. To the east of this region is the City of Richfield and to the south is the City of Bloomington. This quadrant has 9 neighborhoods which include Lake Cornelia, Southdale, Lake Edina, South Cornelia, Promenade, Parklawn, Pentagon Park, Centennial Lakes and Edinborough. The southeast region has one public school, Cornelia Elementary and 8 parks, including Rosland Park which borders Lake Cornelia.

Housing options are plenty, ranging from $300,000 and up for 1950’s–1970’s ramblers and two-story homes up to $900,000 for newly constructed homes.  The neighborhood streets are lined with beautiful large trees, newly established bike paths and have received high walking scores for being a great pedestrian friendly neighborhood.   If you are looking for additional housing options there are plenty of rental apartment complexes, town homes and luxury condominiums also available.
