The St Albans Bay neighborhood lies in eastern Shorewood on the north shore of St Albans Bay. The neighborhood is large in size, consisting of around 200 single family homes ranging from $300,000 to $1,400,000 in price. The majority of homes are newer construction executive homes that are two story ramblers. St Albans Bay is close to several of the area’s popular amenities and destinations. The closest school to St Albans Bay is Deephaven Elementary School. Deephaven is a National School of Excellence and is one of the top elementary schools in the state. The school serves approximately 660 students in grades K-5, with a student/teacher ratio of 15.4. Other nearby schools include Clear Springs, Excelsior Elementary School Elementary, Minnetonka Middle School West, and Minnetonka High School.
