The neighborhood community of Edgewood is located in northwest Shorewood off of Edgewood Road between Howards Point Road and Grant Lorenz Road. Minnewashta Elementary seeks to provide an excellent educational program designed to help each student excel. Other schools in the area include Deephaven Elementary School, Minnetonka Middle School West, and Minnetonka High School.
