Amesbury is located in eastern Shorewood along Manor Road. This townhome neighborhood consists of around 90 townhomes units ranging from $200,000 to $800,000 in price. Amesbury is close to several of the area’s popular amenities and destinations. One of the closest attractions to Amesbury is Old Log Theatre where visitors can experience a live theatrical performance. Also located nearby is Purgatory Park in the neighboring City of Minnetonka. The nearest shopping center to the neighborhood is in Downtown Excelsior to the west. Residents of Amesbury are served by Independent School District 276, also known as Minnetonka Public Schools. The Minnetonka School District serves 10,400 students in 14 different schools. The closest school to Amesbury is Deephaven Elementary School. Deephaven is a National School of Excellence and is one of the top elementary schools in the state. The school serves approximately 660 students in grades K-5, with a student/teacher ratio of 15.4.  Other nearby schools include Clear Springs, Scenic Heights Elementary, and Minnetonka High School.
