The neighborhood community of Sherwood is located on the northeast side of Minnetonka off of Plymouth Road just south of Ridgedale Road. Sherwood is a townhome community featuring excellent units, family friendly community, and easy access to a wide range of amenities. Hopkins Public Schools serves 7,200 students in Kindergarten through 12th grades offering an exceptional educational experience designed to help students excel. The closest school to Sherwood is L.H. Tanglen Elementary School. L.H. Tanglen serves over 500 students in 6th through 8th grade, offering a challenging academic program designed to help students succeed. Other schools in the area include Eisenhower Elementary School, Alice Smith Elementary School, Hopkins North Junior High School,  Hopkins High School, and Minnetonka Christian Academy.
