Lake Neighborhood

Round Lake is a neighborhood situated in Eden Prairie between Valley View Road and Arboretum Boulevard. Known for its mature tree and family friendly community, Round Lake offers an ideal location and a variety of housing options for potential home buyers. The neighborhood itself is comprised of around 120 single family homes that primarily rambler and split level style. House prices range from $290,000 to $500,000.

The Round Lake neighborhood is perfectly located between Rice Marsh Lake Park and Edenbrook Conservation Area for residents to enjoy a wide variety of recreational activities. Both of these beautiful parks include scenic walking trails, and additional amenities such as basketball courts, baseball fields, and tennis courts can be found at Rice Marsh Lake. In addition to activities at nearby parks, residents of Round Lake can enjoy golfing at Bent Creek Golf Course, which lies a couple miles to the east.

Residents of the Round Lake neighborhood also have easy access to several shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations. Eden Prairie Center is located a few miles east of Round Lake, offering some of the best shopping, dining, and grocery amenities in the area. Residents of the neighborhood are served by Independent School District 272 also known as Eden Prairie Public Schools. Eden Prairie Schools seeks to provide students with a rigorous academic program while fostering a lifelong desire to learn. One of the closest schools to Round Lake is Cedar Ridge Elementary School. Cedar Ridge serves 750 students in Kindergarten through 6th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.5. Other schools in the area include Oak Point Elementary School, Central Middle School, Eden Prairie High School, and Hennepin Technical College.
