The community of Regency is located on the east side of Hopkins off of 2nd Street between Baker Road and highway 169. Regency is an excellent community high quality built in the early 2000’s The neighborhood has much to offer including great homes, family friendly community, and excellent location with easy access to numerous amenities. Regency boasts excellent location within close proximity to a wide variety of amenities within Hopkins and surrounding communities. The Blake School, which is a college prep school, is located less than a mile from Presidents North Neighborhood. The school offers a 500 hour, two-year program to highly motivated Minneapolis Public School students. Other schools in the area include Alice Smith Elementary School, LH Tanglen Elementary School, Hopkins West Junior High School, Hopkins North Junior High, and Hopkins High School.
