The Pineview neighborhood is located between Northwest Boulevard and W Medicine Lake Dr on Sycamore, Pineview, and Norwood Lanes in southeast Plymouth. Pineview has much to offer, including great homes, scenic lake views, and convenient location amenities as well as highway systems. Homes for sale within Pineview feature rambler and traditional housing styles with prices ranging from $100,000 to $600,000.

Residents of Pineview are situated within close proximity to numerous amenities, including Medicine Lake, West Medicine Lake Park, Heritage Park, French Regional Park, Rockford Road Plaza, and Rockridge Center. One of the top amenities in the area is West Medicine Lake Road, which offers a beach, boat launch, sand volleyball court, basketball court, playground, and trails. Independent School District 284, also known as Wayzata Public Schools, serves the community of Pineview. Wayzata Public Schools serves approximately 11,000 students in grades K-12 and seeks to inspire students to succeed. One excellent school in the area is Wayzata East Middle School where dedicated teachers are committed to prepare students to excel. Wayzata East serves 700 students with a student/teacher ratio of 14.2. Students at Wayzata East Middle take engineering, Spanish, Technology and Design, and art. Other schools in the area include Sunset Hill Elementary, Birchview Elementary, Wayzata High School, and Fourth Baptist Christian School.
