The Penn Lake neighborhood is a family-friendly community located in central Bloomington. Penn Lake is situated just west of 35W, south of 494, between W 86th Street and W 90th Street. There are over 200 single-family houses in the neighborhood ranging in price from $200,000 to $500,000.
