Place Neighborhood

The Park Place neighborhood is located in Eden Prairie between Valley View Road and Arboretum Boulevard. This small, charming neighborhood features sizable yard space and numerous mature trees. There are approximately 100 single family homes. Homes for sale range from $140,000 to $400,000 in Park Place. Houses in the family-friendly neighborhood are primarily ramblers, split level, and cottage style homes.

Residents of Park Place enjoy the variety of outdoor amenities that are located nearby, including several parks. The closest park, Hidden Ponds, is situated just a short walk to the northwest and features amenities such as a basketball court, baseball field, hiking trail, playground, tennis court, and picnic shelter. Other nearby parks include Edenbrook Conservation Area to the north and Rice Marsh Lake Park to the south.

Park Place is situated within close proximity to numerous amenities in Eden Prairie. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to several shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations. Eden Prairie Center is located 2.5 miles east of Hunters Run, offering some of the best shopping, dining, and grocery amenities in the area.

Residents of the neighborhood are served by Independent School District 272 also known as Eden Prairie Public Schools. Eden Prairie Schools seeks to provide students with a rigorous academic program while fostering a lifelong desire to learn. One of the closest schools to Park Place is Cedar Ridge Elementary School. Cedar Ridge serves 750 students in Kindergarten through 6th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.5. Other schools in the area include Oak Point Elementary School, Central Middle School, Eden Prairie High School, and Hennepin Technical College.
