The neighborhood community of North Cavell is located on the west side of Bloomington off of Ensign Road just west of Bloomington Ferry Road. North Cavell offers great location with easy access to Highway 169 and numerous amenities in West Bloomington. The neighborhood features 108 duplex units with prices ranging from $150,000 to $250,000. North Cavell has much to offer including great homes for sle, family friendly community, and convenient location.

Residents of North Cavell have access to several  amenities in the surrounding area, including several parks such as Hyland Park. Located a few miles to the northwest, Hyland Park Preserve is spread out of 2,565 acres of land with an abundance of trails and recreational amenities such as skiing, snowboarding, disc golf, cycling, camping, and more. The closest dining destination in the area lies a few miles to the southwest and includes popular restaurants such as Dominoes, Subway, and Burger King. Some local shops include Scoops, West Side Perk, and Aly’s Market.

Residents of North Cavell are served by Independent School District 271, also known as Bloomington Public Schools, which has served the entire City of Bloomington since 1917. The closest school to the neighborhood is Ridgeview Elementary School, which serves students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. Ridgeview offers an excellent nurturing community designed to help students grow and become better individuals. Other schools in the area include Normandale Hills Elementary School, Olsen Elementary Middle School, Thomas Jefferson High School, and Bethany Academy.
