Mayview is a Minnetonka neighborhood located in the southwest corner of the city. The neighborhood is a larger community consisting of 180 single family homes that range between $250,000 to $600,000 in price. Mayview offers a wide variety of homes for sale, featuring mainly ranch housing styles situated on spacious lots

House styles are a primarily ranches and most homes are situated in spacious lots. 

Mayview is close to several of Minnetonka’s finest amenities, such as Kinsel Park. Kinsel Park features recreational amenities such as picnic shelters, trails, and boardwalks. The park has several recreational amenities such as trails, football/soccer field, hockey rink, tennis court, horseshoes, and playground equipment. Another nearby amenity is Glen Lake Golf Course, which is open to the public, and is the perfect recreational course for any skill level with sand and grass bunkers, water hazards, and dramatic elevation changes. The nearest shopping center is Ridgedale Center, which lies a few miles to the north along 394 and contains popular stores such as Macy’s, Nordstrom, JCPenney, and Sears.  

Residents of Mayview are served by the Minnetonka School District. The Minnetonka School District serves 10,400 students in 14 different schools. The closest school to Mayview is Glen Lake Elementary. Glen Lake serves around 470 students with a student/teacher ratio of 15. Other nearby schools include Minnetonka High School, Scenic Heights Elementary, and Primrose School of Minnetonka.
