The neighborhood community of Marshall is located on the southwest side of  Eden Prairie off Dell Road just south of Pioneer Trail. Marshall is located a mile from Highway 212 offering residents easy access to Minneapolis and other west metro suburbs. Marshall is an excellent community with much to offer including friendly residents, excellent houses, and great location. Marshall offers residents easy access to some of the best amenities in Eden Prairie. Eden Prairie Schools seeks to provide students with a rigorous academic program while fostering a lifelong desire to learn. One of the closest schools to Marshall is Cedar Ridge Elementary School. Cedar Ridge serves 750 students in Kindergarten – 6th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.5. Other schools in the area include Oak Point Elementary School, Central Middle School, Eden Prairie High School, Hennepin Technical College and Eagle Ridge Academy.
