The Magnolia neighborhood is situated between Highway 55 and W Medicine Lake Drive off of 18th Ave N and Evergreen Lane in southeast Plymouth. Magnolia is comprised of a mixture of townhomes and single-family houses which offer convenience to Medicine Lake and easy-access to highway systems. Wayzata East serves 700 students with a student/teacher ratio of 14.2. Students at Wayzata East Middle take engineering, Spanish, Technology and Design, and art. Other schools in the area include Sunset Hill Elementary, Birchview Elementary, Wayzata High School, and Fourth Baptist Christian School.
