The neighborhood community of Lyndale is located in north central Richfield south of 66th street, north of 70th street, and between Lyndale and Nicollet Avenues. Lyndale consists of 300 single family homes featuring rambler and cottage housing styles with prices ranging from $200,000 to $300,000. Lyndale is an excellent neighborhood featuring great homes, family friendly community, and central location within close proximity to numerous amenities.

Lyndale features excellent location within close proximity to some of the best amenities in Richfield. Richfield High School was selected as a national school of excellence, focusing on providing an excellent educational experience for each student. Other schools in the area include Sheridan Hills Elementary School, Richfield Middle School, Academy of Holy Angels, and Blessed Trinity Catholic School.
