The neighborhood community of Lowell is located on the northwest side of Minnetonka off of Minnetonka Boulevard just west of highway 101. Lowell is an older community featuring great homes and scenic neighborhood atmosphere full of mature trees, providing residents with a quiet neighborhood atmosphere. Groveland Elementary School serves over 600 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade, offering a excellent academic program designed to help students succeed.
