We had a great experience working with David Olson to both sell our home and buy and build our new home. Our highlight was the selling process. David used a virtual tour photographer who created fantastic 360 degree views of our home. That program allowed potential buyers to take a tour of our home without me having to pack up my 4 & 1 year old. David was also great at screening potential buyers in order to limit useless showings which affected our busy life style. Selling our home allowed us to build our dream home in a new neighborhood where we discovered amazing schools and wonderful neighbors.
When I think of David I don’t just see a realtor, I see someone who genuinely cares about finding you that perfect home while building lasting relationships.
