The Hyland Greens neighborhood is located just north of Hyland Greens Golf and Learning Center and south of West 98th Street. This larger neighborhood is made up of around 200 single family homes that are a mix of split levels and ramblers. House prices in Hyland Greens range between $280,000 to $420,000.
