Heritage Hills is a sizeable neighborhood in southwestern Bloomington, Minnesota. Heritage Hills is a part of the Valley West community situated west of France Avenue and east of Normandale Boulevard between W 102 Street and W Old Shakopee Road. Within the neighborhood, houses range in price from $200,000 to $500,000.

Residents of the community have easy access to a variety of opportunities throughout the city of Bloomington. This neighborhood is within close proximity to top-notch shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including Valley West Shopping Center, South Glen Playground, Ancel Glen Playfield, Dwan Golf Club, and Hyland Park Reserve. Hyland Park Reserve provides unique opportunities, including Richardson Nature Center, Hyland Ski Area, an 18-hole disc golf course, and scenic hikes. Independent School District 271, also known as Bloomington Public Schools, serves the community of Heritage Hills. Within Independent School District 271, there are approximately 20 schools, and the district seeks to develop learners who are enabled to succeed in a rapidly changing world. Olson Elementary, Olson Middle School, and Thomas Jefferson High School are situated within the Heritage Hills neighborhood. Other schools in the area include Westwood Elementary, Oak Grove Middle School, Bethany Academy, and Normandale Community College.
