Hennepin Village is located on the southwest side of Eden Prairie just south of Pioneer Trail and north of Flying Cloud Drive. Hennepin Village is a newer community split up into two different neighborhoods featuring great houses, a family friendly environment, and excellent location. The neighborhood offers many features including a neighborhood pool, playground, and more. Hennepin Village is situated on the River Bluffs overlooking the Minnesota River offering residents excellent views with beautiful scenery.

Hennepin Village boasts 140 single family homes, 150 townhome units, and 70 twin homes. Cedar Ridge serves 750 students in Kindergarten – 6th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.5. Other schools in the area include Oak Point Elementary School, Central Middle School, eden Prairie High School, and Hennepin Technical College.
