The Garfield Park neighborhood is located on the north side of Richfield north of 66th street between Portland and Lyndale avenues. Garfield Park is an excellent neighborhood featuring great homes for sale and central location with easy access to numerous amenities. The neighborhood consists of 200 single family homes featuring rambler and ranch housing styles with prices ranging from $200,000 to $350,000.

Residents of Garfield Park are served by Independent School District 280 also known as Richfield Public Schools. Richfield offers an excellent academic program designed to help inspire and empower students to excel. The closest school to the neighborhood is Richfield High School. Richfield High School was selected as a national school of excellence, focusing on providing an excellent educational experience for each student. Other schools in the area include Sheridan Hills Elementary School, Richfield Middle School, Academy of Holy Angels, and Blessed Trinity Catholic School.
