Brooks Ridge is one of the newest developments within the City of Chaska. Brooks Ridge is located along Pioneer Trail between Bavaria Road and McKnight Road. Constructed by Pulte Homes, this future community will feature a mixture of townhomes and single family homes with low maintenance living. The Encore Collection will contain the single family homes for sale starting at $319,000.

Future residents will have the option of picking from three distinct housing styles: Abbeyville, Martin Ray, and Ascend. The Martin Ray and Ascend houses will average around 1,900 square feet, while the Abbeyville will have a smaller space of around almost 1,700. All three houses are single story craftsman with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms, depending on the house.  

The Brooks Ridge community lies between two of the city’s greatest attractions: The Chaska Town Course and Hazeltine National Golf Course. Both courses feature beautiful fairways, superb member benefits, and a caring staff. Also within close proximity is the newly constructed 212 Medical Center along Highway 212, which provides extensive medical care and treatments. Residents of Brooks Ridge will find all their grocery, dining, and shopping needs in the nearby Chaska Commons Shopping Center across from Chestnut Street. The newly renovated Fireman’s Park is located in Downtown Chaska and is one of the closest parks to the Brooks Ridge Community.

Residents in the Sun Lake Apartments are served by Independent School District 112 also know as Eastern Carver County Schools. Eastern Carver County Schools seeks to provide students with a personalized learning experience designed to help each student succeed. One of the closest schools to the neighborhood is Chaska Middle School West. Chaska Middle School West serves 740 students in 6th-8th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.1. Other schools in the area include Chaska Elementary School, Pioneer Ridge Middle School, Chaska High School, and Southwest Christian High School.
