The neighborhood community of Eastwood is located on the west side of Minnetonka off of Ridgewood Road just east of Vine Hill Road. Eastwood boasts a scenic neighborhood environment providing residents with the feelling of a rural community while still benefiting from easy access to city amenities. The neighborhood consists of 40 single family homes featuring ranch and rambler housing styles with prices ranging from $350,000 to $2,300,000. The closest school to Eastwood is Deephaven Elementary School. Deephaven Elementary School serves over 650 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade, offering an excellent academic program designed to help students succeed. Other schools in the area include Groveland Elementary School, Scenic Heights Elementary School, Minnetonka Middle School East, Minnetonka High School, and Minnetonka Christian Academy.
