Eagle Lake is located in the City of Maple Grove near the intersection of highway 169 and Interstate 94.Eagle Lake is a beautiful lake offering numerous recreational amenities and attractions. The area around Eagle Lake was first inhabited by the Winnebago Indians who were forced to move to the area from Wisconsin by the U.S. Government. The
Winnebago lived alone in the area until 1851 when pioneers began to settle in the area. Louis Gervais and Pierre Bottineau were the first to settle in the area purchasing land and building a settlement named Maple Grove.
Eagle Lake boasts several parks and open spaces on and around the lake offering a wide variety of recreational amenities. Eagle Lake Regional Park is a 230 acre park apart of the Three Rivers park District on the border of Plymouth and Maple Grove. Eagle Lake Regional park is an excellent park with beautiful scenery and abundance of recreational options situated on the shores of Eagle Lake. The park features biking trails, hiking trails, golfing, fishing, dog trails, picnic areas, canoeing, geocaching, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, and more. Eagle Lake Regional park is also home to Eagle Lake Youth Golf Center. Eagle Lake Youth Golf Center is designed to teach youth and beginner golfer how to play the game. Eagle Lake Regional Park is an excellent place to experience numerous recreational opportunities while enjoying the the beautiful scenery surrounding Eagle Lake.

The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes are an upscale shopping center offering a large collection of national stores and a unique experience. Along with great stores, the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes provides an outdoor walking area where customers can enjoy a beautiful landscape full seasonal blooms and relaxing atmosphere.
