The Curtis Lake neighborhood is situated in Northeast Plymouth on Underwood and Vinewood Lanes, west of Northwest Boulevard and east of 494. Curtis Lake is an excellent neighborhood offering a family-friendly community, great homes for sale, and easy-access to highway systems. Within Underwood, there are over 100 single-family homes ranging in price from $300,000 to $500,000.

Curtis Lake is within close proximity to numerous shopping, dining, and recreational amenities in the area, including Bass Lake, the Shops at Wedgwood, Eagle Lake Regional Park, and Rockford Road Plaza. One great outdoor option near Underwood is Bass Lake, which is less than a mile from the neighborhood and is popular for fishing. Residents of Curtis Lake are served by Independent School District 279 also known as Osseo Area Schools. In Minnesota, ISD 279 is the 5th largest school district offering top-notch education designed to prepare students for the real world. One great school in the area is Cedar Island Elementary, which serves over 350 students in grades K-5 and is dedicated to providing excellent educational experiences. Other schools in the area include Oakview Elementary School, Maple Grove Middle School, Osseo Middle School, Osseo High School, Maranatha Christian Academy, and Hennepin Technical College.
