Crestview is a neighborhood located in southwest Minnetonka between Beacon Hill Road and Williston Road. Crestview is a smaller sized neighborhood that is made up of just 50 single family homes. Homes for sale range between $270,000 to $660,000 in price. House styles in the neighborhood are primarily ranches and traditional two story traditionals.

Crestview is close to several of Minnetonka’s finest amenities, such as Kinsel Park. Kinsel Park features recreational amenities such as picnic shelters, trails, and boardwalks. The park has several recreational amenities such as trails, football/soccer field, hockey rink, tennis court, horseshoes, and playground equipment.
