Covington Hills is located in southwest Minnetonka between Vine Hill Road and Highway 101. Covington Hills is a smaller neighborhood, with homes for sale featuring prices between $275,000 to $520,000. The house styles in the neighborhood are primarily a mix of two story traditional and split level styles. Like the majority of neighborhoods in the City of Minnetonka, Covington Hills is a spacious neighborhood with an abundance of mature trees.

Covington Hills is close to several of Minnetonka’s finest amenities, including Purgatory Park which lies a couple miles to the east. The nearest shopping and dining amenities can be found at Ridgedale Shopping Center, which lies a few miles to the north along 394 and contains popular stores such as Macy’s, Nordstrom, JCPenney, and Sears.

Residents of Covington Hills are served by Independent School District 276 also known as Minnetonka Public Schools. The Minnetonka School District serves 10,400 students in 14 different schools. The closest school to Covington Hills is Clear Springs Elementary School. Clear Springs serves around 800 single family homes with a student/teacher ratio of 15. Other nearby schools include Minnetonka High School, Scenic Heights Elementary, and Primrose School of Minnetonka.
