Clover is a neighborhood of East Bloomington that is located southeast of the intersection of  35W and Old Shakopee Road. The neighborhood is made up of around just over 280 single family homes ranging from $200,000 to $450,000 in price. House styles in Clover are primarily a mix of ranches and split levels. Clover is an excellent neighborhood with much to offer including great homes for sale, family friendly community, and central location.

 

The nearest amenity available to residents of Clover is Gene Kelly Playfields, which is situated within the neighborhood itself. TheMall of America in Bloomington, Minnesotapark has numerous recreational amenities including baseball fields, soccer fields, a hockey rink, and tennis courts. Other nearby parks include Soltvedt Memorial Beach and Mound Springs Park. The nearest shopping center to Clover is Clover Center on 98th Street. Popular shops and restaurants include Walgreens, Duluth Trading Company, Bakers Square, Starbucks, and Applebee’s. Additionally, there are indoor fitness and activity centers such as Vertical Endeavors and Lifetime Fitness near Clover Center.

 

Residents of Clover are served by Independent School District 271 alsoJohn F. Kennedy High School in Bloomington, Minnesota known as Bloomington Public Schools. The Bloomington Public School District serves the entire city of Bloomington since 1917, with several of its school winning Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence and Minnesota School Excellence designations. The nearest school to the Clover neighborhood is Kennedy High School. Kennedy High School serves 1,500 students and has a student/teacher ratio of 18.5. The school has an excellent teaching staff, with 72% of its teachers maintaining Master’s Degrees. Other schools in the area include Indian Mounds Elementary and Oak Grove Middle School.
