Located on the northwest side of Eden Prairie of off Duck Lake Road just south of highway 62 is the neighborhood community of Claycross. Eden Prairie High School serves 3,000 students in 9th through 12th grade with a student teacher ratio of 17.9. Other schools in the area include Oak Point Elementary School, Forest Hills Elementary School, Central Middle School, Hennepin Technical College, the International School, and Eagle Ridge Academy.
