There are many events that take place within the city of Maple Grove. One of the most popular events is the Maple Grove Farmers Market. Residents enjoy the fresh, local produce, arts, and prepared foods that are brought in by over 50 vendors. The Farmers Market runs from June-October, ensuring delicious, seasonal selections. Summer also sees weekly performances in the Town Green park area, as well as weekly movies and concerts in the park.

Not to be confused with the community center, the community gymnasium was established by the local schools as well as the city in order to provide better facilities for school and community leagues. With three competition courts, the community gymnasium is a fantastic community resource. During the winter, the Maple Grove Sports Dome is a great way to practice sports or maintain fitness. It features a climate controlled environment and artificial turf that ensures snow-free surfaces.
