With a population of close to 23,000, and a land area of 5.88-square miles, Crystal has been an emerging western suburb since its establishment as a city in 1960. Crystal is just a short 15 minutes drive (9.3 miles) west of Minneapolis. This close proximity to the city offers residents with work opportunities as well as entertainment options.
