The Woodridge neighborhood lies on Audubon Road between Highway 212 and Engler Boulevard within the city of Chaska. The small, family community is home to single family houses, with a mix of two story and single story homes. Homes for sale within Woodridge feature primarily ramblers and are listed anywhere from $230,000 to $380,000. The tight-knit neighborhood is also home to Woodridge Park, which has a playground for the community to enjoy.

Residents of Woodridge are within close proximity to some of the top amenities within the City of Chaska. Riverwoods is located less than a mile from downtown Chaska, offering some of the top shopping, dining, and recreational amenities within Chaska. Woodridge is a part of Independent School District 112, which serves the communities of Eastern Carver County Schools. Several different schools are located near Woodridge, including Pioneer Ridge Middle School, Chaska High School, Chaska Elementary, and Southwest Christian High School. Chaska High School serves around 1,300 students and offers specialized learning and gifted learning programs.
