Overview of Neighborhood 1

Neighborhood 1 is one of 12 neighborhoods within The Jonathan Association located on the west side of Chaska a mile north of highway 212. The Jonathan Association is a community of neighborhoods within the City of Chaska spreading across 2,200 acres with 24,000 residents. The Jonathan Association offers excellent housing, great residents, and unique trail system connecting the community.

Neighborhood 1 consists of 58 single family homes and 8 townhomes featuring a-frame, contemporary, and split level housing styles. Single family homes for sale in the area range from $170,000 to $300,000 while townhomes start around $130,000. Jonathan Elementary School is located a half mile north of Neighborhood 1 offering a personalized learning experience designed to help each student succeed.
