The Highlands neighborhood is located on the southwest side of Chaska just west of Downtown. Highlands is a newer neighborhood featuring beautifully designed homes, great residents, and a family friendly environment. Highlands is an attractive family friendly neighborhood with numerous amenities making it a great destination to call home.

The Highlands neighborhood offers residents easy access to numerous amenities within Chaska. One of the closest schools to Highlands is Chaska Middle School West. Chaska Middle School West serves 740 students in 6th-8th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.1. Other schools in the area include Chaska Elementary School, Pioneer Ridge Middle School, Chaska High School, and Southwest Christian High School.
