Carmody is located in east central Eden Prairie off of Anderson Lakes Parkway just south of Highway 212. Carmody is an older neighborhood featuring beautiful wooded scenery featuring great homes. Oak Point Elementary School serves 760 students in Kindergarten – 6th grade with a student teacher ratio of 15.2.
