Overview of the Brynwood Neighborhood

Brynwood is a new construction neighborhood located on the northwest corner of the City of Plymouth. The neighborhood will feature several 10 different models with various floor plans for residents to choose from. Homes  within Brynwood have prices ranging from $450,000 to $600,000. Brynwood is an excellent neighborhood with much to offer including great homes, family friendly community, and convenient location.

Brynwood offers excellent location within close proximity to a wide variety of amenities within Plymouth and surrounding communities. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to several shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including Hollydale Golf Course, Medina Golf and Country Club, Eagle Lake Regional Park, Rockford Plaza, and Plymouth City Center. Residents of Brynwood are served by Independent School District 284 also known as Wayzata Public Schools. The closest school to Brynwood is Wayzata High School. Wayzata High School serves over 3,200 students in 9th through 12th grade providing a rigorous academic program designed to enrich each student’s learning experience. The teacher/student ratio is 17.5 and the Average Standard Test Score in 2016 was 91.2. There are also a wide variety of sports and co-curricular activities, such as baseball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, debate, speech, and music are available to students at Wayzata High School.
